• Their new personal profile, including the ability to share their individual skills and experiences
• Access to potential mentors and experts, through an expert search they can perform directly within their e-mail
• “My Success Plan”, which has been automatically populated based on their position, role, business unit and/or geography and can be augmented by manager, self and peer assignments as the employee moves forward.  For example, the new hire might find their success plan already includes the following:
• The new hire orientation blended learning curriculum, which includes live, instructor-led training combined with sessions recorded using Saba Centra
