Saba
Customer Community

Saba customers stay connected with each other and Saba through the Saba online Community . More than 20 active groups currently thrive on Saba Online Community, where members engage in discussions, networking, brainstorming, and collaboration. The Community also serves as a repository for customer and Saba presentations delivered at Regional User Group meetings, enables networking with other Saba users, and allows the voice of the customer to reach Saba in an informal and continual process.

This engaging new platform is powered by Saba Live, our enterprise social networking solution - enabling customers to experience the power of Saba Live and to provide us with valuable insights as we continue to evolve the product.

Regional User Groups and Annual Summit

Saba Regional User Groups promote collaboration among peers, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and address the challenges of implementing people systems. Regional in-person meetings are conducted in all Saba-supported geographies throughout North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Japan. Saba also holds an Annual Users' Summit. The 2010 conference was held in November in Boston.

Saba
Special Interest Groups

Saba supports Special Interest Groups around our products and vertical markets. These groups are led jointly by customer and Saba leaders and are supported through the online Saba Customer Community. Current industry-focused Special Interest Groups include Healthcare/Life Sciences, High Technology, Manufacturing (Auto), Energy/Utility, Retail, Financial Services, and Public Sector. Current product-focused Special Interest Groups include Saba Collaboration Suite and Saba Performance Suite. Membership in these groups is open to all Saba customers.

Saba encourages development of customer learning communities.

If there is a particular domain for best practice sharing and learning not currently served by an existing community, discuss starting a new group with your local Saba representative who can help guide the process.
